Accessibility

Backup Power Pro is a trade name of Key Electric LLC. We want people with disabilities to be able to use our website, ask about a generator home connection and communicate with us about their project.

Our approach

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, Level AA for our public website. Our work includes keyboard navigation, visible focus, clear form labels and instructions, readable contrast, text resizing, and understandable errors and status updates.

Current review

We are checking the Quote Walk and the pages used to continue a request, review a proposal and make a payment. The Quote Walk changes content as you answer questions and includes address suggestions. These interactions, private project pages and third-party payment features still need a complete accessibility review with assistive technology. We have not established full-site conformance to WCAG 2.2 AA.

Get help or report a barrier

If a page or step is difficult to use, email backuppowerpro.network@gmail.com. You can also use this address to ask about a quote without using the Quote Walk or receiving text messages.

Tell us which page or task you were using, what happened, and how you would prefer us to communicate with you. If you are comfortable sharing them, your browser, device or assistive technology can help us understand the problem. You do not need to send medical information. Avoid including private project links, payment details or other sensitive information in a barrier report.

We will work with you on a way to obtain the information or discuss your request and use reported barriers to guide improvements.
